On March 25, 2020, Governor Tim Walz joined these efforts and declared orders for Minnesota, where Coldspring’s headquarters is located. This is in addition to previous announcements in other parts of North America where Coldspring also runs operations.
According to the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), businesses involved in the construction industry and death care industry are designated considered “essential” to the citizens of the USA. As a manufacturing leader in these industries, Coldspring has a special responsibility to maintain operations and support our customers as they fulfill their commitments to their customers.
Our commitment is to continue providing exceptional service while ensuring the health and safety of our employees and partners. Coldspring leadership has set forth the following outline for continuing work in adherence to CDC recommendations:

Yes, we continue to be fully operational, while following CDC guidelines for COVID-19 to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.
Does Coldspring own and operate their own quarries?
Yes, we have 30 domestic quarries that we own and/or operate. Additionally, we have 3 fabrication facilities across the U.S. which ensures quality and timely execution of your projects’ schedules.
I would like a Chinese-sourced granite color. Is Coldspring still able to get this for me?
We are able to access granite colors that are sourced in China, however there are limitations industry-wide with product being held in port. We anticipate our timeframes remaining the same once the ports open. If you are in need of product immediately, please contact our team to discuss domestic natural stone for your project.
I previously selected a material for my project that I am no longer able to get. Can you provide me options on the best match to other materials?

Our delivery time has not changed and our turnarounds are not affected due to the situation. We can still deliver natural stone products based on the established timelines.
