— total dedication to your vision
Make Your Mark.
And Make It Last.
Whether your idea is steeped in tradition or pushing the edge of innovation, Coldspring brings it to life with an extensive palette of world-class natural materials.
Well-known Bostonian Ernie Boch, Jr., the president and CEO of Subaru of New England, began rehabilitating a historic mansion in the 1990s. A 1/3-acre garden is one of the property’s most recently developed features, and its focal point is a memorial pavilion for the interment of Boch’s family members. The pavilion’s design incorporates granite from Coldspring, which complements other traditional materials such as mahogany, marble, bronze and copper.
