The Radiant Red^® Seminole County Heroes Memorial is dedicated to 121 military veterans, as well as eight law-enforcement officers and seven firefighters who died in the line of duty.

The memorial surrounds a fountain in front of the courthouse. Each area, military, law and firefighters have their own memorials. Military members names from all branches are etched on a large granite while, while bronze statues with names etched on the base honor the law enforcement and firefighters lost.
